Successful completion of the Moscow City project and the construction that has started on the Riga development have allowed the SPI Group to branch out into building residential estates.

The group already completed two residential buildings in Kaliningrad and is planning further buildings there. The project includes residential properties along with commercial premises and recreation facilities. The SPI Group plans to create a management structure for residential properties, capable of providing high-class services. The SPI Group also owns and manages two office buildings in Moscow.
