In recent years the SPI Group has significantly expanded its real estate interests - an important part of the group's determination to diversify. The group's first project was the successful $12bn construction of the Moscow International Business Centre - or Moscow City. Building on the success of this office, hotel, shopping and recreation project, SPI now has interests in both commercial and residential property in Russia and Latvia. The group will continue to grow through property development.
