Sergey Bokhanov, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bokhanov is responsible for all of SPI's Business Units. Before joining the SPI Group in 2007, he was Сhief Operations Officer for Amtel-Vredestein a leading tire producer. Previously, Mr. Bokhanov worked in the oil and pharmaceutical business. Mr. Bokhanov is Doctor of Economics (PhD).

Brian Dublin, Chief Financial Officer

Brian Dublin is responsible for all financial activities in SPI Group and joined in 2007. Mr Dublin was recently the CFO for Eldorado Company, Russia’s largest retail chain, and has been doing business in Russia for over 17 years. He has an MBA from Columbia University in New York.

Martin van’t Zelfde, Chief Marketing Officer

Joined the SPI Group in 2007 and is responsible for the international marketing and sales activities. He has an extensive international FMCG experience gained through various senior marketing and general management assignments with Brown & Williamson, British American Tobacco, Lane Limited and Cutting Edge Enterprises. He has worked and lived in Belgium, United States, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Germany, Russia, Switzerland and most recently Atlanta, Georgia.

Bradley Graham Gee, Chief Property Officer, Chairman of the Board of Z Towers

Bradley has enjoyed over 22 successful years in the property industry in senior roles with global responsibilities based in Australia, Indonesia, Dubai and other countries. He held various positions in property development, sales, leasing and property management for mixed use projects in value ranging from $ 250 mil USD to $8 billion USD. In 2007 Brad joined the S.P.I. Group as the Chief Property Officer with his initial task being the development of Z Towers Latvia which is the company's premier project.

Georgy Kipiani, Director of Production

Having started working for the SPI Group in 2001, Georgy Kipiani has held a number of roles within the group, including the chairmanship of the Talvis production facility. He is currently responsible for the execution of the production plans and investment programs of SPI’s various companies, as well as taking charge of logistics.

Mikhail Tsyplakov, General Counsel

Has been with SPI Group since 2002. Mikhail Tsyplakov is in charge of legal support of all activities of the Group and of legal protection of its interests. Before joining the SPI Group, Mikhail Tsyplakov used to work as legal adviser for the Brewery “Zhigulevskoye Pivo” JSC (Samara, Russia) and used to teach law at Samara State University.

Rolands Gulbis, Director of Business Development - Baltic Region

Having held a number of senior roles since joining SPI in 2001, Rolands Gulbis is currently the head of the Latvijas Balzams distillery in Riga. He is also vice-president of Latvia's Association of Producers and Distributors of Alcoholic Beverages and a representative on the Latvian Employers’ Confederation.
